How does pricing work?
Pricing is public: the on-site diagnosis is ¥29,800 for 3 days, online consulting is ¥888 per hour, and custom builds are quoted by scope — the diagnosis puts scope and cost on the table, so you never pay for something vague.
Do you work remotely, or only on-site?
Both — the format follows the problem. Deep organizational work moves fastest with engineers in your building; well-scoped delivery runs fine remotely. Either way, we learn how your business actually works before we build.
How long does an engagement take?
The first production system ships in weeks, not quarters. An on-site diagnosis gives you a direction within days; from there we get something live fast and grow it, rather than polishing one grand delivery nobody has seen running.
